Most heaters in the under-$1000 price range are made in China and getting parts and troubleshooting can be difficult. Eskabe heaters are manufactured in Argentina by a family-owned business that sells mostly in South America and Europe. I am the US Distributor for Eskabe. I carry all the parts, including a Maintenance Kit. I can also offer phone troubleshooting – you tell me the problem, I can usually identify the parts required to fix the problem. Installation must be on an EXTERIOR wall. Mounting bracket and complete vent kit are included with heater. All parts of this heater are compatible with the Ashley AGDV20.
