OPERATION The appliance requires no installation; it should be used solely as a portable appliance. – Turn the thermostat knob in a clockwise direction until it reaches the maximum setting. – Summer service (ventilation only): turn the knob to setting. – Heating at reduced power: turn the switch knob to setting I (750W). – Heating at full power: turn the switch knob to setting II (1500W). – Switching off: turn the switch knob to setting O. Attention: 1. During the first few minutes of initial use, you may notice a slight odour and some smoke,don’t worry,this is normal and will dissipate quickly. Otherwise, the “tip-over sensor” will be triggered.REGULATING THE THERMOSTAT When the room has reached the required temperature,turn the right thermostat knob (where included) in an anti-clockwise direction up to the point where the appliance switches off and not beyond.The temperature fixed in this way will be automatically regulated and kept at a constant level by the thermostat.OVER HEATING PROTECTION There is a safety device inside which will switch off the heater in case of accidental overheating (eg. Obstruction of air intake and outlet grilles, motor turning slowly or not at all). To reset, disconnect the plug from the power for a few minutes,remove the cause of overheating then plug the appliance in.
